The TOWER SYSTEM ENDURA injector is complete with an RFID reader that recognizes and decodes the parameters inside the mold’s microchip, makes the production work less expensive and does not burden the operator.

The cycle takes place through a vertical tower similar to a cartridge for loading and after the injection the unloading is automatic on a roller conveyor; the operator does not have to be synchronized with the machine so that there is no downtime, only has to extract the wax from the mold and reinsert the rubber in the loader. It is a machine for immediate use, which maximizes the simplification of the production process, without losing the strength and reliability of the entire system.

Injector with essential electronics, equipped with 7″ touch screen interface, allows a total control on the injection process, easy maintenance and powder-coated aluminum and stainless-steel surfaces make this injector particularly reliable and suitable even for the most difficult environments. It is equipped with a transparent melting tank with a constant vacuum system, a vacuum switch to check the vacuum in the mold, an RFID reader, an 8-cmc injection syringe with final temperature regulation and a self-centering clamp with 120x90mm plates.
