The BI HYDRO INTUITIVE injector is characterized by two independent non-expandable workstations, the consistency of the pieces’ weight over time and by two melting tanks for the simultaneous use of two types of waxes.
Two Android 10.1″ Industrial PC are the control unit and are supported by specially developed apps that allow to save recipes with photos and manage and check production orders. Thanks to the ability to connect remotely it is compatible for Industry 4.0.
It is equipped in both workstations with a digital pressure sensor for the control of the pressures that always allow to check the graph of the vacuum trend on the mold during injection from the IPC, RFID memory readers, 8-cmc injection syringes with final temperature regulation and self-centering clamps with 120x90mm plates.
