MONO VISION 4.0 combines all the distinctive features of the RiaceWax injector with an innovative “open frame” self-centering clamp, which guarantees handiness, load speed, and a perfect clamp hug homogeneity.
With a 10.1” Android industrial PC as control unit and Apps specifically developed, it will be possible to save injection recipes with photos as well as manage and control production orders. The injector is compatible with industry 4.0 as it can be connected remotely.
It is equipped with a transparent melting tank with a constant vacuum system, digital sensors to monitor pressures and performance while injecting with the graphic shown on the IPC, an RFID reader, an injection syringe of 16 CMC with temperature adjustment, and a transverse self-centering clamp with 130x120mm plates.
