MONO VISION combines all the distinctive features of the RiaceWax injector with an innovative “open frame” self-centering clamp, which guarantees handiness, load speed, and a perfect clamp hug homogeneity.
Essential electronics and a 7” touchscreen interface allow a total control of the injection process. The powder-coated stainless steel and aluminum surfaces ensure an easy maintenance and make the injector reliable and suitable even for the most difficult reality.
It is equipped with a transparent melting tank with a constant vacuum system, digital sensors to monitor pressures and performance while injecting with the graphic shown on the display, an RFID reader, the Volcano injection group of 16 CMC with temperature adjustment, and a transverse self-centering clamp with 130x120mm plates.
