With a With a 10.1-inch Android industrial PC as control unit and Apps specifically developed, it will save injection recipes with photos as well as manage and control production orders. The injector is compatible with industry 4.0 as it can be connected remotely. The innovative “mould life-tracking” allows you to keep track of the number of injections made with each mould equipped with an RFID chip, monitoring its life cycle to ensure great performance.
It is equipped with a transparent melting tank with a constant vacuum system, digital sensors to monitor pressures and performance while injecting with the graphic shown on IPC, an RFID reader, two injection syringes of 16 CMC with temperature adjustment, and transverse self-centering clamp with 130x120mm plates.
