Flexible Extruded Wax

Wax injection suitable for all types of objects. This wax is characterized by good fluidity, good flexibility and medium shrinkage, ensuring a perfect filling also for the molds that reproduce very thin objects and filigreeIt’s flexibility allows the extraction of the object from the mold without breaking.

Operating temperature:

Massive objects 68-70 ° C
Thin objects 72-74 ° C
Filigree objects 74-78 ° C.

Fluid Extruded Wax

Fluid Wax specifically designed to use in combination with Hydroresin. The high fluidity combined to a very high cooling time enables the creation of thin and filigree objects, even with Hydroresin core. 

Operating temperature:

Massive objects 74° C
Thin objects 76-78° C
Filigree objects 78-80°C

Stone Extruded Wax

Wax injection suitable for all types of objects. This wax is characterized by good fluidity, small shrinkage and great elasticity, thanks to which ensures an easy stones placement in the models. In addition, the high flexibility allows the extraction of the object from the mold without breaking.

Operating temperature:

Massive objects 74° C
Thin objects 76-78° C
Filigree objects 78-80°C

Superfluid Extruded

The SUPERFLUID WAX is an innovative wax designed to have an extremely low viscosity. Even at low injec-tion temperature (60-70°C), it flows like water and this allows to obtain incredible thin patterns, lower than 0.3 mm in thickness.

Operating temperature:

Massive objects 70 ° C
Filigree objects 72 ° C.

hydro

Hydro-Resin

Completely non toxic and water soluble resin, used to make hollow objects. This resin it’s charaterized by good water solubility (no acid), this allows to rapidly obtain hollow objects avoiding wax melting problems.

It can be injected in the mould with one of our standard injector, the good mechanical resistance allows an easy removal of the object from the mould.
